Just to say thank you. I had difficulty buying the right spot to light a painting (power, brightness, need for an anti-glare grid and shutter-camera...).

I sent photos of the work in situ and I got very specific answers by phone and email, without "pushing consumption".

On the LEDart site, I found narrow angle spotlight bulbs with strong power and at a very competitive price. Which is already good in itself, this kind of product is not found everywhere. But what we need to talk about is the telephone reception and the service, of a rare quality. First, they answered my call right away, which is always reassuring when you're about to place an order on the internet. While I was wondering about the choice of this or that bulb, about the optimal angle of the beam given the height at which my spots are positioned, the person who answered me (and of whom, unfortunately, I don't didn't remember the name) not only took the time to explain to me the differences between each bulb, warning me that some bulbs had large dimensions, but offered to call me back after having carried out lighting tests, taking account of the parameters that I had given him. Twenty minutes later, it's done and this person tells me what the dimensions of the luminous halos will be according to each of the bulbs, the greater or lesser sharpness of the illuminated areas. Suffice to say that I was already won over by the quality of LEDart's service. But the icing on the cake came half an hour after I placed the order; again I was called on the phone. Simply to tell me that during the previous telephone conversation we had mentioned 3000° Kelvin bulbs and that I had ordered 2700°; Was it an error on my part or a deliberate choice, the difference in color between the two being significant? Such thoughtfulness and such concern that the customer is fully satisfied are rare and well worth noting. Forty-eight hours after placing the order, I was delivered. What more can be said ? Delivered in 3 days by UPS. Small spot in appearance, but very powerful and at the same time very precise to zoom in exactly where you want. Beautiful light, intense but not blinding; beautiful contrasts well highlighted (I illuminate a statuette). The brightness adjustment is done on the back of the device and not on the switch. As a result, you can keep the setting by turning off the spot.

Fast service by UPS. Specific lighting for highlighting objects and paintings. Very soft and adjustable light: I use it to illuminate an object under a bell, and the brightness adjustment helps to avoid too intense reflections on the glass.
